Within the Native American culture, the Powwow holds a very special place.  They are, to quote the foreword of the book, Spirit of Powwow, "...dynamic, full of good energy and uplifting gatherings."  Powwow has evolved and has come to mean a gathering for the expression of spirituality through dancing, drumming and singing.  This link to American Indian heritage, to ancestors, to tradition and to the power of the circle, make distance and time irrelevant.  To attend a powwow is to experience the energy, the colour and beauty of the people and the regalia.

In honour of the Powwow, original line drawings of native indians by Susanne Lansonius, were commissioned for the book. We have arranged with the illustrator to have her line drawings for Spirit of Powwow made into 4"x6" (10cm x 15cm) art cards.  The cards, with envelopes, are on acid free bright white stock and come in a clear plastic protective folder.  The cards are blank on the inside and may be used for any occasion.

Cards may be purchased as singles with a minimum purchase requirement of 3 cards.  If you buy 10 cards, you pay for 9 cards and get the 10th card free.  Shipping and packaging is included in the pricing. Goods and Services Tax (5%) applies to all purchasers in Canada and Provincial Sales Tax (7%) to all purchasers in British Columbia.
