Brief summaries of the two authors of Spirit of Powwow and their various strengths in the writing of the book. Kay Johnston wrote the text and photographed all of the pictures in the book. Gloria Nahanee provided all of the technical backgrounds, introductions and acted as the spiritual guide for this trip through native Indian pow wow and its various dance styles, regalia, drum and song rituals.
